Fresh cabbage cleaned and boiled in water with a little salt and herbal spices to soften. Stew onion and grated carrot and celery on the water, add 1 chopped fresh peppers, cleaned and finely chopped 1 tomato. When stewed a bit, add half cooked brown rice, spice acording to your taste and cook some more. Fill with a mixture of cabbage leaves and put them in an ovenproof dish, pour water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a mixture that remains. Cook until the water evaporates. Serve with a fresh salad.
