Stew onion in water, add the vegetables, when done, add finely chopped celery and parsnip, when stewed add green beans and 1 red pepper cut into cubes. In another pan dissolve the cube of lean soup with 250ml of water and add peas. Allow to simmer while adding water. All spice up with herbal spices and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. At the end, bake all till browning. In stews, place onion according to own taste along with herbal and fresh spices.
