Stew onion on water, add vegetables to taste and pour broth of lean vegetable soup (cube). When the vegetables (bell peppers, celery, carrots, zucchini) is stewed, add (about 200g for two days), brown rice, and when everything softens, add a little oregano, thyme, parsley, potassium salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, if desired, you can grate in it one tomatoes. Mix well all and pour over water and simmer until all the rice is cooked, too, put water on top of all and put in the oven to brown.
