Clean zucchini. Stew onion and grated carrot on the water, add 1 chopped fresh peppers, cored and finely chopped 1 tomato. When this prodinsta, add half cooked brown rice and season to taste. Fill the zucchini and close them with tomatoes. Add them into an ovenproof dish, pour a mixture of water and stay. Cook until the water evaporates. Serve with a fresh salad.
