Fry the onions in the water, then add the celery and 1 smaller carrot, add a little water to soften, then add 200 g of beef or other lean meat and let it fry. When fried, add kohlrabi (300g) and gradually add water to simmer. When almost cooked add 1 medium-sized grated potato and spices to taste (parsley, mint, dill, thyme, rosemary, oregano), potassium salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Kohlrabi in the end can be browned in the oven.
