Whole cabbage leaves, clean of roots and cook in a little salted water with herbal spices. Stew onion with lean meat (beef), add grated carrot and celery. In an ovenproof dish place a layer of cabbage (3-4cm thick), and over it stewed meat, cabbage again, then meat and at the end put the cabbage. Whisk 1 egg and 1 egg white, add 100ml yogurt and 300ml of water, put in the oven to brown. Serve with cold salad.
