Finely chop the onion and stew it in water. Add grated celery. When it is all stewed, add to fry mushrooms cleaned and cut out and cook together. When almost done, grate 1 tomato in the entire mixture (500g mushrooms needed for 2 servings). When it is all ove, add herbal spices to taste and mandatory 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then refill the cleaned peppers with the mixture and close them with zucchini or tomatoes. Put everything in an ovenproof dish, pour hot water and pour juice of one grated tomato over pepper. When peppers are baked, eat them with a fresh salad.
