Take one orange and squeeze it, add 1 / 2 apple, 2-3 prunes and 5 almonds (you can put everything in a blender and chop). You can mix this fruit mixture with 4-7 tablespoons of prepared oatmeal or 8 tablespoons cornflex. Oatmeal should be prepared as previously discussed. You can add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
